Todd N. Armstrong, East Coast Regional Marketing Director
Todd began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1981 working for an offshore Gulf of Mexico mud logging company. Also, while pursuing a degree in Petroleum Geology from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, he worked for Pioneer Production Company during the summer as a geo-technician. Upon graduation in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree, he worked for Western Geophysical as a seismic data analyst in the land and offshore departments. After four years with Western Geophysical, he was hired by Delhi Gas Pipeline in San Antonio, Texas to procure and secure gas supplies in the Permian Basin of West Texas. His responsibilities included the management of gas contracts dealing with the purchase and transportation of natural gas from the wellhead to the delivery point. Todd’s most recent experience is that of Financial Advisor with UBS PaineWebber in Houston, Texas. There he developed and maintained long term financial portfolios for his clientele stressing the importance of diversification and asset allocation. He joined Black Diamond Energy in March 2002 as the East Coast Marketing Director. Todd is Series 7 and Series 66 licensed, has graduate credits from Stephen F. Austin State University in the Masters of Business Administration program and has taken several continuing education courses in Petroleum Engineering.

Bob Bundy, Central Regional Marketing Director
Bob is an honors graduate of Ottawa University and majored in Economics and Business Administration. After graduation, he joined a regional securities company and has now been in the securities and financial business for over 30 years. He is a registered principal with the NASD and SEC. He has vast experience in direct retail sales to clients as wells as successfully marketing Limited Partnerships as a wholesaler to NASD firms primarily in the natural gas area. His background also includes investment banking, serving as financial advisor, consultant and underwriter to many cities, school districts and other municipal institutions. He has also been a speaker at numerous financial seminars before both large and small groups and is well qualified and available to meet with representatives, financial planners and their clients, CPA’s and legal advisors in marketing Black Diamond Energy Partnership units.

Prior to joining Black Diamond Energy, Inc. Bob was the leading retail salesman in the country over the last four years with one of the major natural gas drilling companies in the United States. He retailed over $5,000,000 of their product in his home town of Topeka, Kansas. In 1981 and 1982, he was the number one retailer in the country for MGF Oil & Gas Company out of Midland, Texas, which was one of the largest syndicators of Limited Partnerships at that time.

Kramer Klabau, West Coast Regional Marketing Director
Kramer joined Black Diamond Energy in February 2003 as the West Coast Wholesaler and is licensed as a Series 7, 22, 39, and 63, registered representative with the NASD. He has been active in the Securities Industry since 1980 and has sold investment partnerships and funds for over two decades to members of the financial services industry. His business contacts include: members of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) financial planning community, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) wire houses, pension funds, charitable trusts and endowments. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War as an Officer of the Line. Kramer is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree and Golden Gate University in San Francisco awarded him a Master of Business Administration, honoring him as one of the top five outstanding graduates in 1981. He was also elected President of the Northern California Real Estate Securities Institute. Kramer resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife of thirty years and they have two grown children.
